We have 3 vertical anodizing, coloring, and electrophoretic coating production lines utilizing internationally known technology, as well as 2 horizontal production lines. The vertical anodizing production lines carry out the docking between the EMS control system of all the equipment, and the ERP management system of the production information, achieving fully automatic control over production orders, and ensure the production parameters remain stable and in the correct range. This gives each product its high consistency.

In 2009, we introduced the second vertical anodizing and electrophoretic coating production line.

In 2012, we introduced the third vertical anodizing, oxidation and electrophoretic coating production line, enabling JMA to become the founder and facilitator of the "anodizing and electrophoretic coating surface treatment technology" within the aluminum profile industry.
